Format for Festival Submittal?

I've never been part of one of the fests and can't find some simple info.

What format does my film need to be in for submittal?

I can erase this post when answered if needed.

It needs to be 16:9 Quicktime format. I do not know the other details, so you should check the horrorfest links in that section.
