How to make puss?

Anyone know how to make a good any color green to clear puss? I know peter jackson in "dead alive" used vanilla pudding, but im looking for something i know my actor wont be licking between takes cause he's that type of guy.

when you say suit you mean like cig ash? or burn some paper? and whats the purpose of the suit also? But that totally sounds like a good combo.

Haha. No, he meant suit as in, use the amount of coloring you feel looks right. Not soot, as in powderey remains of spent fuel.

Ditto this method. Easy on the green, though. You'll want just enough to take away the whiteness, but not so much that it is actually green. Keep two batches in front of you - one that you are tinting, one untinted - so you can compare the two. You want just enough so the tinted is not the same as the untinted. But not much.

Ok, that makes so much more sense, i was confused I'm glad i didn't start to make any yet. Hahah, It seemed like a weird thing to put in fake puss, but hey your making fake puss. But thanks alot. Now I just need to really order some Cold Foam Latex, and some liquid latex ASAP. And start molding this guys arms, and his face too. Got some work to do. But labor day is messing me up here, the local place is closed, and most online, Gm cold foam places arent going to be taking orders i'd imagine aswell.
