I was wondering if there was a way to Get that spatter/splatter effect that they use on some tv stations ( like FX) If anyone knows a way to do thats, or has a tutorial, thanks in advance.

you could just make your own splatter in about 5 minutes by filming some black liquid like ink or something being splatted onto a clean bright white sheet of material ..like bright white printer paper. tweak the contrast and grayscale it if you like, and then you can use it as a track matte for real life splatters, or as a footage element in your comp.

..nope. you could use a black sheet as well and use white out or something for the splatter.

A little more work, but probably the best result. Without being an animation whiz, this is one of the best ways.
