Haven't used it, but have used similar setups. They work fine. This one looks like good construction, don't think it will hold massive pressure, but then you don't need much in most cases.

I own one. It'll handle up to 100psi no problem. Probably further, but my air compressor couldn't handle it. Either way, it has an automatic pressure release valve if you put the pressure higher than it can handle. I haven't been able to use it much yet, but from the little I have, it works really well.
