I just heard that I will need to cut my summer trip to Alaska short and head home early becuse my grandmother's cancer has dug in deeper and is about to take her. :crybaby:
This sucks.

Thankyou all for your kind words. You are all wonderfull.
It's been something that's been slowly coming for a long time. But just recently it's accelerated to the point that she probably won't make it to my original return date of Sept 19th. :( So I will head home on Tuesday - Wednesday.
Anyone traveled through Seattle or London Heathrow recently? How anal are they about security at the moment? I have a lot of crap to bring back and not much space.

Shit Mikko thats bad news. I hope you have a quick safe return back to see her. My grandmother passed away 12 months ago and I didnt get to see her. So surprisingly I am envious.
