Trouble with outputting

I have this clip that is about four minutes long but it only renders about 2:30 of it. I've created my own template which is:

Video - 320x240, 29.970fps, Progressive, Square Pixel aspec ratio, Uncompressed
Audio - Uncompressed, 48,000Hz, 16bit, Stereo

The odd thing is that playing it back on several media players it only plays 2:30 seconds of it. However, playing it on QuickTime plays fine and putting it back on the timeline the entire video is present.

One thing that I should mention is that I use a script to render. Reason why I don't think that is the problem because there are other computers around me with the same script and the same exact settings that render out fine. But I thought I'd mention it.

Has this happened to anyone and has the problem been solved before. Any help would be much appreciated.

This is vague for me now but isn't there a max size limit on .avi in Windows? 2gig seems right but I just can't remember. Anyway, uncompressed renders may be reaching that limit. But, I believe Vegas will just continue rendering into another new file, then all you would do is stick them together.
