Hi I have a question regarding 24p workflow in after effects 6.5, I know this has been discussed to death but bare with me here.
I have footage I shot in 24p and now I want to keyframe in some fire set against a black background into my footage, so fine I did that. But when I export and play the footage back in premiere I of course you get the duplicated frames every few frames because its 24p fine, but my problem is that the footage of the fire I keyframed into my 24p footage does not have any duplicated frames it just keeps going on the duplicated frame of my 24p footage.
So what I need to know is how I can make it so whenever I get the duplicated frame on my 24p footage, the footage of the fire is also duplicated simultaneously as the 24p, so it looks natural.
I’m guessing I’m probably not creating a proper workflow or setup in after effects, any help would be greatly appreciated.
