Does Vegas have an ease in feature similar to Windows Movie Maker? I've been editing my film and have been looking for a way to ease in simply on a few shots. Thanks!

Right click the clip, Video Event Pan/Crop, move the time ruler to the end of the clip, makes sure lock aspect ratio is engaged, drag a corner towards middle ever so slightly, see what it looks like.
If it eases in too fast, don't drag a corner in too much, if it's too slow, drag the corner closer to center.
Hope you understand:embarasse

Windows Movie Maker....You can bet if WMM can do it Vegas can out do it.
I think your looking at fading in. Yes you can just hold the tiny corner ruler and slide into the clip however far you want the transition to last.
I think you can also use the transition filters fade from black or fade from white.

He's looking at "easing in." I know what he's talking about. I used to use WMM.
What you want to do is go to the pan/crop section. Have a keyframe at the start of your ease-in, and a key-frame at the end where you want it to end moving closer. On the 2nd keyframe, move the screen size so that it is a smaller square, however small you like.
This will make the playback gradually zoom in.
