no audio when exporting with quicktime pro?

Hi,

I just got quicktime pro and I have a little clip that has uncompressed audio on it, but when exporting I don't have the option to include or tinker with the sound settings. Has anyone had this problem?

edit - A few days later, the problem seems to have dissapeared. I used the same file as before too. I'm not complaining!
