Nothing but Clouds...help!

Hi,

I want to do a special effect where clouds appear across an actor's face....can I key out the blue from sky footage...would that work?

That would work well, but you might have to do a mask around the face so that they don't go on the entire frame, just the face. You can do this in Adobe After Effects.
