Pick one. Huge decision I know.

Here's mine. The Scene in True Romance when Dennis Hopper and Christopher Walken go head to head. And in the end, when Dennis knows he's going to die regardless of what he says, he smokes a Chesterfield and pretty much tells the bad guy to go eff himself. Dennis had already taken enough crap from enough people in his life. Plus he's got the trains going by all night and they already shot his dog. So he smokes his Chesterfield and dies like a man. Hopper's greatest performance.

pretty much any scene from Casablanca for me. The last scene where she gets on the plane. "Here's lookin' at you kid"

Well, earlier (a few months ago) I started a thread about a Korean Movie called OLDBOY.

This movie is currently one of my favorites and there are MANY scenes with which to choose. But one in particular stands out...its the one where he fights like 30 guys....Wide Shot...One Take...unbelievable....

Wow - one scene. That's a tall order.

I'm thinking out loud here so bear with me...

It's either Robert Shaw's speech in Jaws about the U.S.S. Indianapolis - "... So, eleven hundred men went in the water; 316 men come out and the sharks took the rest, June the 29th, 1945. Anyway, we delivered the bomb."

or

Heather Graham and Julianne Moore in Boogie Nights. "... will you be my mom?"

or

The montage in Goodfellas - Layla playing in the BG as they discover the bodies.



Sorry can't decide - but the True Romance scene would rank way high on my list too!
