how to export 24pa to DVD

What's the best way to export a FCP project to a DVD authoring program like iDVD or DVD Studio Pro? I've seen under the export options DV NTSC 23.98 and DV NTSC 24, I'm guessing that I should use one of those but not sure which one. After I export is there anything else that I should do in iDVD or Studio Pro to keep the footage 24pa?

I would say it depends on what your project is already set to and how you originally captured the footage.
