SFX is a little hokey at time but, all and all, it's still a really well made film. Definitely worth checking out.

I agree, it does fall flat in several parts. Still, I think the editing is great and the look of the film is fantastic in parts--especially when some of the crew members have to free dive outside the sub and are surrounded by manta rays.

seen this a long while ago but i remember i thought it was an ok movie but nothing special

the movie didn't know what it wanted to be. I agree with the above poster, the premise had awesome potential. Was very surprised that the studio completely abandoned the flick, tho. They don't even offer this film at Hollywood Video.
