Nice and smooth. Do tell how you did? Motion tracking/poisition?

basically for the "pong screen" we did a 3D camera. A LOT of frame by frame work (rotation x, y, z, scale, etc.). Then did a mask around my finger as I brought it in and threw it. The "pong ball" was masking and motion blur. All in all it was about 4-5 hours of editing because it was our first shot at this. I'm gonna make a longer one pretty soon I think. Hope that helps.
