Does anybody know of a good way to do lightning effects?
I am using Final Cut Pro and Motion, but my guess would be Photoshop...

Its vey easy (with After Effects -which i use) there are tons of lightning plugins.
Just adjust and tadan!
It should take you 3 minutes to get a very cool lightning effect

Actually seeing the lightning strike, or the lighting effects from lightning? ie. Exterior stormy skies and you see a bolt of lightning.... or interior, storm outside and the room lights up from the storm?
