How would you create the affect of someone jumping off a cliff (without having them jumping into a padded fall area)? Is this something that could be created relatively easily as an FX/Compositing shot?
I have the cliff and the beach and rocks below.
I have the actor.
All I need you to do is fill in (the huge) gap in my noob FX skills:nads:

Man, that's an after effects job for sure if you really wanna do it. Now my real suggestion on how to do this would be to have you film how you would have the actor jump off the cliff with them not there. Then Film the actor on a green screen matt that goes off a small dropp off like a deck or something, and then composite it in after effects. If you've never been to the websites there's a couple that show how to do green screen and compsite

If you can get the material and get the paint you can pull it off man. The green screen I have is a canvas painters tarp painted green. It was the cheapest bigest thing i could find that would hold the paint to it.
