24 p/pa export need help.

So here is the problem: I am working on a movie(post production) that was shot at 1080 at 23.97 on an Sony HDcam. We are shooting some additional B-roll tomorrow with the HVX. The question is: What ever we shoot will be exported as Targa files so that is can be used in a Flame for special FX. Of course to be exported we will need to remove the pull down so that all the fields are gone before making the targa sequence. How can it be done using 24PA. We have Avids, final cut pro, discreet flame/inferno etc...

Um, and no one there knows how to use them?

Cinema tools will clean 1080 24pa footage from and HVX just fine.
