Besides the fact that Apple just announced the most amazing Desktop machines ever made ! Up to 8 Displays ... ! It mentions also on the site that all tests were done with a beta version of Final Cut Pro 5.2.1 ! I Guess that update will show up any momemt now!

Insiders at WWDC say it does include all codecs and framerates we need in PAL country!
Including all HVX-200 settings ...

But did they mention anything about .mxf?
I guess they will maybe include the pal settings for the hvx, which would be nice, but they will ptobably stick on the transformation to .mov files right!??

If FCP would start working natively with .mxf, that would be the day i skip my pc and change to apple....hopefully one day..!

I am taking a chance here ... insiders told me that .mxf will be supported ... some story on buying out Flip for Mac and working with Sony on XDCAM HD compatibility ...
