Ok real quickly here is m workflow. I edited in Vegas to some music. I remdered out the video (with some holes in it for some motion graphics in after effects) and the audio seperately (As a 192kbps mp3). Now when I import both of them in AE and preview it the audio sounds bubbly as if it were trying to expand itself. I rendered out as a Quicktime for the video as a 29.97fps but when it got to the comp it was a 29.97003fps (dont know why) well I tried changing to a 29.97fps comp and the audio still was bubbly. Any ideas? Thanks
Dan

has problems with mp3s as it triesto decompress them in real time when you previewing. Import the uncompresssed version of the audio ( wav or aiff ) and render with these audio files. Mp3s is good only for previewing and compositing. Anytime I used mp3s for rendering in AE it came out with digital distortion aka pops & clicks. To make sure try playing the mp3 in a player to see if the file is corrupted somehow.

Thanks but Im not sure if you understood the distortion i was talking about. It was bubble like it was time expanded but it wasn't.

I agree with Steve. I've had too many issues trying to use MP3's in AE.
Go with the uncompressed audio and let us know what happens!
