Exclamation point on long clips

Hey folks,

does anyone know why I would be getting exclamation points on longer clips when I shift the hvx to playback mode? They transfer and play in FCP fine, but I'm wondering what the camera is trying to tell me. Thanks!

It's telling you that the clip spans across two cards (or, potentially, more than two cards as well).
