Strange problem with Canopus Porcoder 2

HI:

I´ve been using Procoder for a long time now. Sudenly I have started getting this problem:

When I convert from a QT reference (I export in this format from Avid Express Pro 5) to the DVD (split mpeg)option, in the middle of the process I get an error saying something like CANT FIND FILE "" . Is anyone familiar with this problem? It usually happends with long files.

Sounds like a problem with the QT referencing. Does the reference file play back properly all the way through on the PC?

Has any one found a solution this problem. Two years since the previous post and now I've run into this issue with Procoder 2. Receive the following error when rendering an full Avid file. QT Reader: Could not get video/audio sample from source file. File does play completely with no problems.....Help any one!!

By chance did the original timeline have empty spots (no audio or no video - different from silent audio or black video)?

I know QT Reference + blank timeline spots can cause problems.
