I did a search but didn't find anything. Basically I hiked up a mountain today with 30 lbs of gear to around 10,700 feet and shot some timelapses and other stuff. I came home and then someone asked me to do a shoot tomorrow in miniDV, having never done that before I started playing around with the settings and testing the deck. Then when I got home from work, I went to playback what I shot this morning and none of the clips will playback, in addition the number that indicates each clip is red.

I tried doing a repair but just get a "cannot repair" error... Any ideas? Will these be fine if I import them into my nle? Did my fiddling with settings and recording formats cause the clips to somehow become unusable, or just unable to playback in the camera?

I will test more tomorrow.

The camera only plays clips back when it is in a compatible mode. Clips that are not in a compatible mode are marked red. If you recorded some in 720p24N, for example, and some in 720p60, then depending on the current camera setting, some will be marked red and some black.
