I'm using Adobe Encore 2.0. When I burn a DVD, I typically use the setting "NTSC DV High Quality 8mb CBR 1 Pass" for transcoding. The quality I'm getting is great except that black areas have a grid type of pattern. Is there a filter setting or anything else that might get rid of this?
BTW, the output of the AVI file is lower field first (shot at 60i).
