Its gonna be alot easier to record one than to find one...for free at least. Just set up a small fire with some really dry wood, which will get you a good crackling effect, and make sure you dont place the mic to close to the open flames. Also, you could try artbeats, or sounddogs.com. Hope you get what you need!

If you have a library nearby, and are a member see if they have any sound effects CD's. I went to mine, got the whole 12 disc set of BBC's sound effects libary and I now have more effects than I know what to do with.

I had some moron start to get the sound of a bubbling stewpot by booming directly over it (with an open fire) in Haiti... don't forget that the mic doesn't know what angle it is to an omni-directional sound source... mic from the side and put your hand up there first... don't put the mic any closer then you can hold your hand for an extended period... with my gear I want to have years of life, so I'd rather have the sound not quite as good and get nowhere near the fire.
I can't believe I'm telling this story... but man have I ever met some idiots. That dope and I almost got in a big fight over this. Mic from the side. I'd offer you what I have but it's "bloop bloop bloop"... not much fire crackling.

Try http://freesound.iua.upf.edu/ All free stuff, but there's some good material on it.

You could also try experimenting by recording some bubblewrap being popped and scrunched. If you're careful not to make it squeak and maybe mix it with some gusty wind noise, you may get a good foley effect!
