Similar to RED?

Hey everyone.

A while back I saw this Arri digital 35mm cinema cam:

Would RED be something similar to this?

Similar in the fact that they are both have chips S35mm in size and record a RAW digital image. The D20 is still only a 1080P camera and the RED is 4k+. Also the D20 is a $120,000+ camera with no onboard recording save for a Thompson Venom flash pack. The RED is scalable and offers at least three different recording options all for $17,500.
