So what are we looking at in terms of power here? Most PRO camreas give you a choice and most of us select Anton Baur mounts for our external power source. WIth RED's size I wonder if this is possible? Anton Baur batteries are the one brand you KNOW you will be able to get at any rental house, so I an curious as to how this will be done. We're also looking at a fairly nice savings for all of us poor souls that have invested in thiese expensive little gems.
On the subect of AC power, I would suggest that special attention is paid to the transformer. This object is usually a pain in the butt. In a perfect world, RED could have a miniature one inside and the only power cord one would need is the standard 3 prong cord which goes into most computers.
That would be hot, don't know about possible, but it certainly would be neat.
