The import file is not a supported XDCAM MXF file

I'm trying to import the MXF files from my P2 card onto Avid Xpress Pro HD v.5.2.4 and I'm getting this message:

the import file is not a supported XDCAM MXF file

What can I do?

Search the forums, it has been discussed.

You cannot import directly in AVID you must copy the MXF files to the MXF media folder and use the Media Tool on the tools menu.
