Does anyone know where I can get some vector plug ins or something similar to get the "vectored" look.

Thanks.

I'm no photoshop expert but there's a cutout fliter under the artistic selection. Try it! Unless you're going for a slightly different look!

You could try Illustrator CS2, it can auto trace any bitmap into a vector, and has tons of different presets and custome set-ups to get almost any kind of look.

Wes is right. And it will be true vector and not rastor. Now a billboard will look just as nice. No pixels. :)

if u cant get illustrator, try using the pen tool in photoshop. its not a true vector but it still does the job when you "define custom shape" after getting the outline.
