ok, I have to insert a minute of still camera video footage into a 24p timeline.
it has 2 settings
640 x 480 at 10fps
320 x 240 at 15fps
so this must be converted into 24p without speeding the footage up.
The closer to normal motion the better but i realize this might be impossible.
(slow motion is ok, normal motion is the most desirable and speed up motion is unusable) tryiing to find a way around jitter.
Which of the 2 settings should i use, more rez or more frames and how is it done?
