Alright, I am three hours into my second of three days of encoding 30 hrs of video for a very large corporation. I am getting paid my rate to pop a tape in to a deck, and hit encode every two hours. So here I sit, nearing the end of internet and I need your help. Some streaming video is blocked here, but other than that I am good to go.
Hep me DVXuser, you are my only hope!

i'd read a book. maybe a lighting or editing guide. no electronic record of your activities there. or, why not find a way to go the extra step on your job and impress someone.

Tracking is not much of an issue, as the lead producers here have offered up movies to watch. The more I think of it, the less this makes any sense. But onward and upward. I have just finished conversations with Walter Murch, and I am sittng in a PC world with nothing but my motion book.
Standing by, well OK sitting by!

Shower, not as often as you think!. Thanks Horse. I got hired to shoot some rather less than entertaing training stuff. The producer was in a jam, found out I edit too, and asked me to do it.
I have been here at the main campus all week, yes I said campus, not building, this place is HUGE. I have shaved more this week, than I usually do in a month. BUt my wife likes it when I can make the morgage payment, so here I am.
