What is the best video codec to use to create a file for use in pro tools as someone is composing to the video?

Sorenson 3. It seems to be the only thing that ProTools plays nicely with, in my experience. I generally use Sorenson 3 at 320x240, unless I really need to see detail for something like ADR.
