nice form factor for this cam.
Can't wait to see what selection of knobs I'd be able to twiddle if I had AUD$33k though.
Do one with an imaginary full kit John. Flip out LCD, knobs for audio levels, shutter, aud monitor output, ND, VTR playback buttons (for reviewing) and the obvious missing hero button: Record.
Here I imagine you could animate something extra cool...

Well, since the form-factor is apparently changing as we speak, I'd be a little short sighted to to a full on balls-to-the-wall, tricked out version until after cinegear, when we'll all see the next iteration of RED ONE.
After that however, definitely.

Seems like Jim is very in to the look of the thing. The record button will obviously be.... Red.
But maybe when it's recording it glows like the white led in an iBook when you put it to sleep.
