I have a man sitting on a revolving chair which starts spinning at full speed, i would like him to slowly perforate and go thru the floor. It doesnt have to look totally pro, there should be some humor in it. Any suggestions?

I would say get a background you can key up in post. Greenscreen whatever, but then film the spinning, and pull the camera up so he goes down in the frame. Then in post, put the shot of him in a room, mask off layers in the floor so it can look like hes going into the ground rather than off frame.
