Paddle Swoop On GreenScreen

Hey, i need someone to help me with greenscreening a paddle. I need footage of a paddle just like this one

swooping across the screen. I need it for the new video that i am doing, it is extremely important, If ANYONE can help me with this please let me know. Im willing to pay if need be for any help someone can give me. Thanks all so so much!

Can it be animated? Does it have to necessarily be filmed? Because I can do that easily. You don't have to pay me. I'll help out if I can animate it. I will export in these formats:
