If you look closely, the fire on the floor is actually the reflection from the lights above, and it's difficult to replicate in editing. The tunnel effect you were talking about took place in an actual tunnel I think. However for the shot where the tunnel is directly behind the singer you can fake that by using a green screen and just putting a background behind her.

If the siluette effect you were talking about is similar to the Ipod commercial then the best way would also to use green screen and then increase the contrast on your subject so that their face is blacked out. There's a bunch of thread on this forum that explains it better than I can.

One thing is for sure though, there's no way you'll be able to do these effects in Window Movie Maker. If you plan to do lip-synch then it's impossible to do it in WMM because the player doesn't allow for frame by frame editing. You should look into Premiere or Avid, although those are pretty pricey.

Hope this help.

You could find all those effects in Apple's Motion 2, which comes with the Final Cut Studio package. Although you would have to have the skill and intuitiveness to know how to implement them correctly. But it doesn't sound like this is an option for you. I get the impression that you are just learning how to do these things, and with limited resources. In which case I would just try to find ways through production to give the illusion of these things. That's probably the best you'll be able to get.
