Since this piece of equipment is sooooooo expensive, the team should think in protecting it from the elements. I am pretty rough on everything and would expect to have a camera that will be able to keep up with me, to be able to withstand Heat, Cold, Humidity, etc. (A very good friend of mine was just in Africa shooting with his DVX camera and the sound crapped out). If you are out there, you gotta make sure your camera is not gonna fail. Having lived in extreme weather in Chicago (And now in Florida), that is one of my main concerns. Also, since this camera is so versatile, they should also think in having the Underwater housing that can go at least 300 feet. I can also volunteer in rough testing the gadget if the RED team sends me to the Amazon or Cage diving with Great whites.
