The RedFocus would be the ultimate focus assist. Imagine an LCD about the size and shape of an Etch-a-Sketch (Hey, they come in red too) that has the option of paddles or knobs to pull focus, zoom, aperture control, and other user selectable options.
Optimally this unit would be completly wireless, but in the real world it would be tethered via a slimline cable allowing the focus puller a bit of breathing room from the operator.
As an option, the RedFocus could be easily clipped on to the back of my earlier mentioned SteadiRed carbon fiber rig. The focus puller would then trail the operator with a short tethered remote paddle and wheel system.
