2nd zoomspeed on handle

Hey all,

My second zoomspeed on de handle to hold the cam handheld doesn't work. The first and the 3rd one work nice, but the 2nd one feels like it's stuck or something. I hear it is working to zoom but it doesn't do it. Am I missing something here or am I screwed?

Just in case you don't know you can go in to the menu settings and set each number a speed setting. See what #2 is set at. It could be set to off.
