View Full Version : All captured 24P footage is interlaced...help!

I recently formatted and reinstalled PP2, now all my footage I'm capturing, with 24P project settings (and with the camera shot on 24P) is coming in interlaced. I don't know whats the deal, anyone seen that? What can I do?
Are there any 3rd party apps that will capture it correctly?

Have you checked them if they are what you want?

Yeah, they are exactly what I need and I know it was shot in 24P.
I'm rebooting to see if that will fix anything.

I read about the positives and negatives of 24P vs 24PA and decided to just stick with 24P.
The interlacing appears to only show up in VLC player. Nothing else shows it, and I believe its the way that the player handles it. Weird.
