Filmmaker bidgeting software ... ?

Has anyone used this software before? (www.filmmakersoftware.com (http://www.filmmakersoftware.com))

I am having trouble using it - it opens as read-only file on my computer (from the disk) and I can't start a new project or change anything.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

yes I have tried that software and it was a pain and very difficult to understand. I unistalled it shortly thereafter. So I guess that didnt help much
