ok i forgot how to post grabs on the board. someone help the simple person out.

first you have to upload them somewhere...like imageshack, or photobucket.

then just use the little mountain picture icon located right above this text box i'm typing in. it's in between the world (hyperlink) and the quote bubble. hope that helps.
