Premiere QT output

Im use ppro 1.5 and trying to output a full res file. Im using the DV/DVCPro - NTSC codec with settings 16:9 (it is shot with an ana lense) and 23.978 fps, however Im getting some artifacts on output. Any suggestions?

Try the Sorenson 3 codec. I generally get pretty good results with it.
