Need some CDR copies + Inserts

A friend of mine needs to burn 500 CDRs with jewel cases and 2-sided color inserts. (It's a CD to help deaf families learn more about translation services)

I was wondering if any dvxusers here can refer me to a great company with solid values for bulk CDR manufacturing.
