SD DVD from P2 DVCPRO HD 720p 24n

Looking to create a SD DVD from P2 DVCPRO HD 720p 24n footage.
Working on a mac w/ FCP 5.0.4 and DVD Studio Pro 4.
Can anyone recommend a conversion path that will yeild the best results.
This includes the consideration of displaying 16:9 footage in a 4:3 SD DVD.

I just exported thru COmpressor, and chose the 120min setup. My project was 96 minutes long. There should also be an option to letterbox the footage...choose that.

My 96 min project took 13 hours to convert...so be prepared for a loooooon encoding process.
