Festivals by Month

Okay guys, so I was thinking about submitting to festivals with my new film and then I thought, what festivals am i going to be in time to submit for and what are the best ones? So I pose the question to you: What are the best festivals by month? Cost to submit? Deadline? Format required?

This will help everyone on the boards as we all make films and have all submitted (or I hope) a film to a number of festivals.
