Does anyone have any experience building stage walls?? Design plans or standard ways that are effective, wheels?
Also can anyone please give some advice on building a studio, it will be in the garage and I want it to be a controlled enviroment to light, but also modular so I can change things and try stuff. Any suggestions will be appreciated, thanks.

I have built many things, not stage walls yet. But if you want them mobil and simple you may want to use 1x2's or 2x2s douglas fir for framing. (pick the straightest ones out of the bunch when buying them) When nailing smaller boards like this together they will want to split. SMALLER NAILS not 8 penny. Or predrill for screws. Or clamp the end with vice grips while nailing. Use a finish stapler if you can get your hands on one. 1 5/8th to 2 inch staples. Studs should be 12, 16(standard) or 24 inches apart. Hinge one board on each side of the walls about 2/3's of the way up the walls so you can prop them up. also maybe hang a small weight off of that proped one, close to the actual wall.
As far as actual wall, you have to figure out if you are using a ridgid material, or cloth, or what. The thinner the better. Masonite would work, must be primed, then painted. Or if you want plain white shinny. Marlite in 1/8 in thickness. (its like dry erase board) comes in 4x8 sheets. There are many different ways to build walls, you may have to experiment.
I love building stuff. I am having fun figuring things out for my dolly/jibarm right now.
