Censorship Blur???

How can I make a little pixeled censorship blur
to place over the lips of a potty mouth?

Easily & Quickly preferred...

go into your text window where u woudl type out a word but instead of text make a BOX or CIRCLE, the size u want it. AFter put a blur effect on it and yorue done. JUst track on the mouth of the subject.

or you can just use a blur effect and keyframe its XY and size

If you want more of a "pixelated" look, try copying your clip and laying it on top of itself (on the track above it), and then apply Mosaic and either Crop or 4 Point Garbage matte. Then add lots of keyframes.
