Sync/Subclipping in Premiere Pro 1.5?

Editing film and Ive got all the raw vidoe and audio footage subclipped into the various shots. I also have markers where the slate hits. Once I match them up in the timeline I understand how to merge the clips so they are linked in the timeline but how do I save them as a merged clip for use later?

Also, how do I turn on audio scrubbing, as I can only hear audio when scrubbing through with the mouse and not with the arrows on my keyboard.

(Im used to doing this sort of thing on Avid, thanks for any help!!)

I can post more details later but I think your best bet is to drop it on a sequence, line them up, and File>Export>Movie in DV AVI. I don't think Adobe has a really great way of doing this, it's more geared to video situations where your audio is already synched.
