What are the min specs for a laptop?

While I wait to get my MBP. And I wait for a PCMCIA to express solution.

I have an older PC. It is a 1.2 ghz pentium. Is there a min speed for ingesting in the field? I don't need to do anything with the files other than transfer them to hard drive.

Injesting? No. For editing DVCPRO HD you need a min 1Ghz G4..which you are above...so you should be fine. We used a PC for our first field transfers and it worked great.
