pcmcia card readers ?

Is their a PCMCIA card reader capable of reading/dumping P2 cards ?
I found this one www.elandigitalsystems.com/usb/u132.php it's 32 bit but not sure if its PCMCIA compatibal.

No, that's for modems only. No low-cost external USB reader will work. The only external USB readers that work are the $1800 P2 Store and the $2500 P2 Drive from Panasonic.

Looks like it's a laptop job then.
P2 stores are pretty rare around these parts, can't find one anywhere to hire in the uk ?
